Candara’s Gift is the Book 1 in The Kingdom of Gems trilogy. It shot up to #1 on Amazon.co.uk on it’s first day of release! It is now also available in Waterstones throughout the UK. Candara’s Gift has had incredible reviews. Jasper’s comments: “I have been overwhelmed by the wonderful response from readers. Creating and writing The Kingdom Of Gems trilogy has been one of the most enjoyable things I have done. As soon as I started writing it, it took on a life of its own and grew from there.” |

Book 2 in the trilogy, The Silver Well, is already written and expected to be released in 2010. Jasper’s comments:
“The Silver Well continues the adventure with surprising and exciting twists and turns. The plot deepens and grows richer. I can’t wait until it is in print so that you can enjoy it! There are some new characters and a timeline tracing the history and events in the Kingdom of Gems and the surrounding 19 kingdoms.” |

The Glass Prison is the 3rd book in the trilogy, and is expected to be released in 2010. This is also already written. Jasper’s comments: “The Glass Prison is rich with characters, excitement and adventure. There is humour, riddles and more maps. The plot deepens, reaching a climax and eventually the story running through the trilogy comes to a dramatic close. However, there will be more books set in the same fantasy world. I have ideas and plans…” |

This is the next book, following on from The Glass Prison – to be to written in 2010. Jasper’s comments: “Those of you who have read Candara’s Gift will have heard a little about the Glyifild Bell already. I can’t wait to start writing this book. I have a lot of notes jotted down as well as some great ideas which all contribute to an exciting storyline. Every so often I jot something else down as the plot becomes clearer.” |

A thrilling fictional adventure based upon the launch into space of the first monkey in 1958.
Gordo, a squirrel monkey, is the object of several sinister plots. Fortunately, there are those who are on his side, but particularly a thirteen year old boy called Jamie. When others around him are hell bent on achieving their selfish aims, drastic measures are needed… |

| Wimpole (again, this may not be the title… I have to write more before deciding!) | |

Jasper’s inspiration for this book came from this painting he created:

Jasper’s comments:
“A book in potential, as yet just an idea, with a cat called Wimpole as the central character. I created this oil painting because I enjoy painting and love cats. It is only when it was finished that I started getting ideas for a book. He looks like quite a character, don’t you agree?” |

An unusual, original, and entertaining story.
Jasper’s comments: “At the moment this is in the form of a short story but I have plans to develop it into a full length book. Hyacinth Macaws are the largest and strongest parrots in the world. They have wonderful colours, so I couldn’t resist creating a story about them! I’m not saying anything more now so I don’t spoil it for you!” |
| Ortley Hines (again, this may not be the title… it’s too early to say!) | |

Jasper’s comments:
“A character from folklore (not a fairy, wizard or pixie…) who accidentally discovers a plot to destroy all of his kind. I have begun this… about 10 pages written so far, and I can’t wait to get back to it!” |
