"Thankyou for all the hard work and preparation that went into your visit. The children were buzzing and really enjoyed the day; many of them are now reading Candara's Gift. As a school we went on to write fantasy stories later in the week and your visit was an inspiration for many of the children (and the staff!).
Year 3 have just finished writing their own myths and making them into books. They've really enjoyed writing them and have talked about some of the ideas in your book to help inspire them."
